  • How do I request a free examination copy?

    We will gladly send a free examination copy to all interested teachers. However, we will only send to a school contact at a school address. Please share, as we prefer to provide one examination copy per school.  You will see a "blue box" on our home page which will link you to our request form.  

  • My state does not have a specific edition, can I use the "Universal Edition?"

    Yes.  The federal constitution section will obviously be the same, and the state section includes specifics to each state that make it acceptable for use in all states. The materials may be in a more generic format but there are tables referencing the specifics for your state.  Please contact our offices if you feel that our materials are a good fit for your state.  Based upon teacher recommendations, we may create materials for new states.  We always appreciate feedback from teaching professionals.

  • How long does it take for my order to ship?
    Most orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days. If your order is needed sooner, please let us know and we will expedite. We also offer priority shipping as required.
  • How can I order a copy of your catalog?
    At this time, the most comprehensive list of materials is on our website. Our downloadable order form (available on this site) will contain most of the materials offered.
  • Can I place an order on-line with a purchase order?

    Yes, just indicate the purchase order and we will ship the order, billing your school.

  • Can I get delayed billing on my order?

    Yes, please indicate how long to delay the billing and we will try and accommodate.

  • Can you email me a copy of my invoice?

    Yes, please indicate the email address and we can send you (or your finance or school office contacts) a copy of the invoice.

  • What is the status of my order?

    Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days.  If you need to check status or would like a UPS tracking number, please contact us at: ajspubl@aol.com.

  • I received a damaged or defective book, what should I do?

    Please contact our offices and we will send a replacement immediately.

  • How often are the materials updated?

    Our work text is updated regularly based upon election results, current constitutional topics, or on-going enhancements to our materials. Many books are updated annually or in conjunction with the print schedule of our materials.
